From its outset, the Lamborghini Aventador had much to prove to the world. In replacing the outgoing Lamborghini Murcielago, the Aventador became the brand’s flagship model, sporting a 6.0-liter V12 engine that delivers 690 horsepower and 509 pound-feet of torque. It could take you from zero to 60 miles per hour, taking under three seconds.

Sir Richard Hammond, of the world-famous show car show Top Gear, test drove and reviewed the Lamborghini Aventador for all to see. As Jeremy Clarkson says, Lamborghini likes to take it slow to build the perfect car, and they will not be rushed. It took the company well over a half of a century to build the Lamborghini Miura, Countach, Diablo, and Murcielago. Now they have the Aventador. Check it out below!
