As our readers may have noticed, the past couple Lamborghini Dallas blog posts have been dedicated to the all-new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster. And, while the subject matter has been consistent, information surrounding this stunning new Lamborghini model has been so exciting we couldn't pass up the opportunity to share it with those of you in the Richardson area and beyond. Especially, because the new Aventador variant is easily one of the most intriguing series production autos ever built by the brand.

And now, the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 Roadster has officially made its debut at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show. It is easily recognizable by its unique profile and upper end which extends along the redesigned geometric lines from the removable roof to the engine hood.

As you've likely read before, the two-piece roof on the Aventador LP700-4 is made exclusively out of carbon fiber through the use of technologies such as RTM and Forged Composite. These methods assure that the new roof will demonstrate maximum aesthetic performance and stiffness, yet with a concurrently light structure weighing less than 13 lbs.

Now that the new Lamborghini roadster is available for up-close viewing, Lamborghini Dallas can confirm that its teaser images don't do it justice. The stunning new Aventador convertible is just as beautiful as it is when in its coupe form; which is quite the accomplishment. What's more, a gorgeous two-tone finish, and glossy black accents provide the model with the perfect balance of sport and elegance.

One additional color added to the other available range options is a very light, metallic blue hue dubbed Azzuro Thetis; its tone varies depending on the angle at which its viewed. The new shade is a nod to the iconic 1968 Miura Roadster, and adds strength and dynamism to the new vehicle's lines.
