While Lamborghini Dallas most certainly understands the allure of a new Lamborghini vehicle, stealing one is unacceptable. Especially when you're stealing a Lamborghini Gallardo from Food Network star Guy Fieri.
What exactly are we talking about? For those who might not remember, one year ago the famous chef had his Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder stolen from an unknown thief. In order to obtain the fierce sports car, the culprit went so far as to actually rappel off the roof of a building.
As frustrating as the initially-fruitless investigation was, Lamborghini Dallas is happy to report that the auto-stealer has finally been identified. Keeping the offender's radical method of stealing in mind, you might be surprised to hear that the perp was a 17-year-old boy. That's right. The youngster was caught during a separate investigation after police saw a person in all black fire a gun into a parked car. As it turns out, the 17-year-old criminal was keeping Guy Fieri's Lamborghini in a storage container in Point Richmond, California.
Not only is Guy enthused to have his beloved auto returned to him, he feels comforted knowing the kid has been caught. Fieri explains, "I would like to thank the Marin County Sheriff's Office and the Mill Valley Police Department for their hard work and effort in the recovery of my car. I'm glad we can put this behind us, and feel better knowing that justice is being served."1
