Some automakers have plenty of time to sit around and dream up next-level trims for vehicles in their current lineup of cars. Lucky for them, most cars are much simpler than something like the 2013 Lamborghini Gallardo Coupe. So our favorite Italian supercar brand usually leaves the job of modifying the originals to other companies like Novitec Torado.

We name this company in particular because they were recently found tinkering with a new 2013 Lamborghini Aventador. Their idea was to make improvements that would maximize aerodynamics. All modifications were made with carbon fiber materials to limit an increase in weight and when these guys were done with it, the Aventador had a sinister look that you won't find on the models rolling out of the factory.

Some of the exterior additions include carbon fiber spoilers, vents and other protrusions that reduce drag but maximize the fierce look that this model is known for. Some modifications were made under the hood as well. A special "Bi-Kompressor" fuel injection system was added which allows this vehicle to unleash an entire 969 horsepower and 672 lb-ft of torque. It is also worth mentioning that additional improvements were made to the suspension, exhaust and cockpit of this vehicle to take it to a place that arguably no consumer vehicle should go.

Naturally we love to use our blog to report on the latest stories about aftermarket upgrades, but that isn't to say that we don't love the production versions of each and every new Lamborghini model we have in stock. Check them all out for yourself by making a visit to the Lamborghini Dallas showroom located at 601 South Central Expressway Richardson, TX 75080. We hope to see you soon.
