This year's Geneva Motor Show was a very exciting time for the Lamborghini Brand. Not only because the Italian supercar maker presented two limited-editions: the Aventador Carbonado and the Veneno, but because it was also celebrating a very important anniversary: its 50th.
That's right, Lamborghini turned the big Five-O while on stage at Geneva, and followed up the introduction of its new Lamborghini models with a model that has just two wheels: a bicycle.
The BMC Lamborghini 50th Anniversary Edition Impec is a second-generation bicycle that the automaker has created in conjunction with the Swiss bike maker, BMC.
The design scheme of this second-time go-round is based on the carbon-fiber clad body of the Lamborghini Aventador with the bike framed in the same material.
Last year, there were 30 versions of the two-wheeled Lambo/BMC hybrid created, surpassed this year with the aptly chosen number, 50. Each bicycle is built to order and will cost 25,000 euros which amounts to around 32,000 U.S. dollars.
The unique carbon-fiber frame of the Impec is complemented by a beautiful paint job which is completely exclusive to the model. The leather detailing is also similar to that used in the coupe on which it's based.
The BMC Lamborghini 50th Anniversary Edition Impec is available for order through many Lamborghini dealerships just like the Aventador is.
