The legacy and history of the iconic Lamborghini is rich, and Automobili Lamborghini has just inaugurated a new museum to display the tale of Ferrucci Lamborghini and the life of the storied super sports car. Setano Domenicali, CEO of Automobili Lamborghini was on hand at the company's headquarters in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy to inaugurate the new Lamborghini Museum. Completely renovated and redesigned, the museum takes visitors on a journey through the past and into the future of Lamborghini. There are several floors, and throughout the experience visitors will see some of the finest examples of Lamborghini craftsmanship while learning about the history of the remarkable car, starting in 1963 when the very first 350 GT was created.
The upper floor has all of the main Lamborghini models on display beginning with the current Aventador and also including classics such as the 400 GT. There is a "family tree" of all of the Lamborghini models that have been created over more than 50 years, and the history of the brand is reconstructed using the models that have been produced. Another section of the museum is dedicated to motorsport, along with interactive displays including multimedia presentations – there's even a virtual reality system where guests can experience riding in a Lamborghini Super Trofeo! If you can't make it to Italy, come by the Lamborghini Dallas showroom to see our selection of the finest super sports cars in the world. The Huracán Spyder summer continues in #PortoCervo, Italy.
